Doris, fees are reasonable and she always has my tax documents ready in good time to file before the deadliness. They have never been questioned by Revenue Canada.
I like that she is a Sage professional, and I particularly like that Doris is always willing to sit down with me for 30-40 minutes and walk me through some aspect or other of Simply Accounting. She laughs with me (never at me) over my ineptitude at balancing bank statements, or entering things backwards! She is very long –suffering and helpful.
It is comforting to know that I can always bring my accounting and record – keeping problems to her, however large or small, and she is unfailingly cheerful and ready to help.
